We lead the generation of support documentation including Acquisition Strategies, Capabilities Development Document/Capabilities Production Document, Clinger Cohen compliance documents and the full compliment of solicitation documents and plans once the government is ready to proceed with a procurement.

Our team, via recognized cost engineering processes, establishes the software hierarchy and estimates from requirement documents and generates Life Cycle Cost Estimates to support Milestone Decisions and associated budget planning and execution activities. In addition, we provide support for development of knowledge management systems and risk analysis tools to aid in the continued development of cost estimating relationships and tailored analysis to improve the accuracy of cost estimates for the Intelligence Community.

We also offer support directly to programs to aid in the execution and management of on-going programs. Support includes development of key programmatic metrics with the Prime Contractor(s) and consolidation of their performance into meaningful management presentations to help focus the government management team on corrective action prior to serious deviations from the plan.
