To keep pace with the changing needs of our employees, OPS proactively evaluates its program of benefits to provide its employees the best possible work environment.

The highlights below do not represent complete OPS policy statements. This information is intended to summarize the benefits offered at OPS. All benefits are payable subject to plan provisions, limitations, and exclusions contained within the official policies, procedures, or plan documents.

Time Off
The company provides 160 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) on an annual basis, plus 10 paid holidays. Additionally, once you have worked for the company for 5 years, you will receive an additional 40 hours of PTO annually.

Health Coverage
OPS offers a competitive program of health insurance and welfare plans to help you take care of yourself and your family, including an HMO, HMO w/ HRA, and PPO w/ HRA healthcare options that include a prescription drug plan and vision care plan. A dental plan, FSA plan, and DCAP plan are also available.

Retirement Plan
The OPS Consulting 401(k) Plan offers you the opportunity to join together with OPS Consulting, LLC to help you plan for a secure financial future. As a qualified retirement plan (which means the plan can offer tax benefits to participants), it allows you to automatically save a portion of your eligible pay and invest it in your choice of a number of investments. Your current taxable income is reduced by the amount you save on a before-tax basis, lowering your tax bill. The plan offers a number of investment choices.

The Company will match 100% of your elective contributions which do not exceed 3% of your compensation, and will match 50% of your elective contributions which exceed 3%, but do not exceed 5% of your compensation. You are 100% vested in your elective contributions and in the above outlined matching contribution the Company will make on your behalf.

Life Insurance
OPS provides its employees life insurance equal to one times yearly salary, to a maximum of $100,000. Employees may also purchase additional voluntary life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and children if interested.

Disability Insurance
OPS provides its employees with both short term and long term disability coverage to protect a portion of your income in the event of prolonged absence due to sickness or accident. The short term disability pays 60% of salary up to $1,000/week following the 15th day of missed work due to accident or illness for 11 weeks. The long term plan pays 60% of income up to $8,000/month after 90 days of missed work due to accident or illness. If you become disabled prior to age 62, benefits are payable to age 65 or your social security normal retirement age. At age 62 (and older), the benefit period will be based on a reduced duration schedule. In addition, OPS provides an EAP program to its employees which offers access to trained professionals and resources for assistance with personal and workplace issues.

Employee Referral
Company offers its employees a $7,500 bonus for the referral of qualified candidates who are subsequently hired by the company.
