- Sr. Computer Scientist
Description
The Senior Computer Scientist shall have a minimum of ten (10) years programming experience using C, C++, and/or Java. Familiarization using NSA/CSS Manual 81-2 and 81-3 and IEEE 12207 (standard software development practices) is desired. Database experience (Sybase, Oracle, etc.) is preferred. Experience with J2EE and Motif a plus.

- Programmer / Architect
Description
The Programmer / Architect position requires knowledge of Java Message Service (JMS) 1.1 framework specifications, knowledge of EMS APIs; expert in programming language c#, Java, C; expert in message oriented Middleware, JMS, Rendezvous; expert in ESB and SOA concepts; expert in XML Concepts; Expert in J2EE (EJB, MDB, etc.); expert in various protocols like TCP, HTTP, JDBC, MAIL, FILE, etc.; Expert in Adapters; Expert in defining process control; expert in security concepts such as Encryption/Decryption, Hashing; expert in TIBCO designer; and expert in TIBCO Run-Time Agent

- Sr. Tester/Integrator
Description
The Sr. Tester Integrator shall have ten (10) years experience in the software development field, with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in planning, developing, documenting, and executing test programs to verify system software operability and compliance with project standards and requirements. Experience shall include familiarity in testing SIGNIT related projects, preferably database intensive systems and those requiring integration of commercial off-the-shelf products, contractor developed software, and/or Government provided software. Shall possess a minimum of four (4) years experience using IEEE/EIA 12207 and NSA/CSS Directive 70-1 (or their preceeding standards). Experience with source code control tools such as RAZOR, DOORS requirements management tool, and commercial test tools is preferred, but not required. The individual will support multiple projects within the client organization. Position requires that the individual establish standard division-wide testing practices and that he/she guide, direct, and assist in the implementation of these testing practices across the organization. The position also requires that the individual provide hands-on test support to division projects by working with developers to review requirements, developing test plans and procedures, implementing test plans and procedures, and documenting test results.

- Acquisition Professional
Description
OPS Consulting is seeking experienced acquisitions professionals to provide contracting and acquisitions expertise for major defense and intelligence clients. Experience should encompass successful execution of defense or intelligence programs though the entire acquisitions lifecycle of milestone achievement and contract award. Additionally, a proven background in creating and managing required documentation to support defense or intelligence through execution is required. The ability to work with senior leadership and technical experts, develop and present technical reports and presentations, communicate complex program requirements is a must.
Required Skills

- Mutli-Source Intelligence Analyst
Description
Perform all source intelligence analysis. Collaborate with analytical counterparts across the U.S. Intelligence Community; apply knowledge of threat environment, open-source tools, and current implementation of threat technologies in order to devise all-source analytic/ collection strategies to pursue access and exploitation of targets. Perform all-source intelligence analyses using HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT to identify entities; their methods, motives, and capabilities; determine malicious behavior; and recognize emergent patterns and linkages to visualize the larger picture. Must be able to identify, retrieve, fuse, and supply network and all-source threat and vulnerability data from current systems, data stores, and local files for the purposes of creating and disseminating all-source analysis and reporting, enhancing situations awareness in support of mission objectives, priorities, or exigent operational needs. The analyst should have familiarity with transmission schemes so as to perform technical analysis against target systems and networks, characterize target network capabilities and vulnerabilities, and support development of new techniques to exploit targets. Perform extensive post-mission multi-INT analysis, produce technical intelligence reports in support of programs and provide expertise and leadership to the team in the development of analytical models and assessments.
Required Experience
Six (6+) plus continuous years of work experience in Multi-Intelligence experience which includes a solid understanding of the SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, Open-Source, and Geospatial intelligence disciplines or a Bachelors Degree in a hard science and 5 continuous years of Multi-Intelligence experience. Work experience must include 5 years of Multi-Intelligence experience within the DoD/IC. Demonstrable critical thinking, advanced research, and problem-solving experiences.

Desired Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technology into layman terms. - Cyber Intelligence Analyst
Description
Serve as an all-source intelligence analyst on a computer network operations (CNO) intelligence team, focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks. Conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures. Analyze network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine adversary capability and intent. Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior members and network operations officials. Develop and refine the daily operations of a growing DoD customer.
Required Experience
Six (6+) plus continuous years of work experience in Intelligence Analysis or a related field or a Bachelors Degree in a hard science and 3 continuous years of Intelligence Analysis experience. Work experience must include 3 years of Intelligence analysis experience within the DoD/IC. Demonstrable critical thinking, advanced research, and problem-solving experiences.
