Founder and President  - Greg is well recognized for his development and management of software systems (International Who's Who in IT for 2000). Prior to establishing OPS Consulting, Mr. Foley was a co-owner of Coastal Research Technology, Incorporated (CRTI), and he worked for 10 years at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and a Masters of Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.

Greg lives in Crownsville, Maryland with his wife and three children.
