Prior to joining OPS Consulting in 2006, Jeff excelled at various levels with top tier firms like Booz Allen Hamilton and Morgan Stanley. Founded on initial service in the U.S. Marine Corps, Jeff has focused his career on strategic management, international operations, and advanced financial and economic analysis. He received his Bachelor of Science from George Mason University and a Global Masters of Business Administration from Thunderbird: The School of Global Management.

Jeff lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with his wife and two children.
